我自橫舟向寂寥

早上Robert又打電話來：幫他們改的文字，華人工程師大都沒接受，而那人自己寫的東西，他們認為不妥，問我該怎麼辦？

「沒關係，他寫的，是他自己要負責」，我說。 

早上走路去Superstore買瓶裝水，也買了祝賀大學畢業的卡片，準備給Tina。

Emily大學畢業時，我給4000元禮物金，Tina六月也要畢業了，考慮很久，打算給3000元禮物金，而且支票日期打算在4月18日。

下午睡了很長的一個午覺，睡夢中，有意識的不想醒來，要一直睡到生命的一個關口。

自從2015年12月以來，覺得生命力黯淡，每天的精神都無法支撐一天的清醒，隱約覺得，壽命的終點，將會提前來臨。

下午的睡眠，非常不尋常，潛意識中，是要好好休息。

若不能好好修補生命，是會提前長眠。

醒來，快要五點，Emily已經出門，大屋裡又只有我一人。

以前非常享受一個人，寂靜天地，往往充盈喜悅，直到2015年12月的改變。

還好，隨著春天來臨，又有向上的生意。

寂靜的大屋，獨自在偌大的餐廳吃晚餐，孤獨的壓力與自在，剛好拉成平手。

昨天做完一個短的翻譯，傍晚整理寄走，窗外欲暮，想著，晚上作什麼呢？

也許做做體能功課。

PS：今天寫了一個「德文專利說明書寫作應注意事項」，寄給專利事務所，希望他們發給德國廠商。一般人都以為，德文嚴謹，但是從德國人寫的德文專利書明書來看，大多非常散漫，不嚴謹，我寫的應注意事項如下：

Um eine übersetzungsfreundliche und deshalb patentfähigere deutsche Patentschreibung vorzubereiten, sei folgendes anzumerken:

1. Avoid structuring sentence in a fragmental style, as after translation into Chinese a fragmental sentence becomes hard to understand and the clarity between entities and their descriptions often become vague and weak.
2. All items, elements, members, concepts etc. shall be described adequately in the description preceding the claims. There should be no first-time appearance of anything in the claims.
3. When making explanation based on a figure, the mentioned entities shall be marked or labeled in that figure. Mention of entity in the figure without labeling it is a suicidal mistake.
4. The side effect of a hard-to-understand description is the decline of patent with some other excuses. Refusal is often the result of a hard-to-understand writing style, not the object applying for patent.
5. If you make the reviewer’s life harder, he will make your life harder. The best policy is to write a description as easy to understand by patent reviewers as possible.
